FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
*What’s a PSD?
A: PSD (personal skill development) session. These are not “skills clinics”. They are 1 hour sessions of no more than 4 athletes of equal skill where we focus on individual skill development (ball handling, footwork, shot mechanics, IQ). We keep the groups small to focus on individual development, while giving athletes the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in a private yet competitive setting.
There are 5 PSD levels
Beginner (brand new) - Advanced Beginner (Elementary age) - Intermediate (Average Middle School Athlete) - Intermediate Elite (Advanced Middle School Athlete) - Elite (HS Varsity & College).
Sessions are grouped into blocks (3 sessions per block)
